What are Movie Cutouts Made From?

Movie Cutouts are made from 3 materials, Cardboard, Foamboard, & Corrugated Plastic.
These are all quality materials and work in differing weather conditions.

How long does it take to get a Movie Cutout?

Generally production for your Movie Cutout is about 7-10 business days, but can vary. If you need your cutout sooner we do offer rush production options to expedite the production of your Movie Cutout.

What are the Rush Production Options for Movie Cutouts.com?

We offer three tiers of Rush production:

1. 72-Hour Rush
2. 48-Hour Rush
3. 24-Hour Rush

Orders placed on these expedited production options are guaranteed to leave our facility within the alotted production time. We make no guarantee for the shipping times based on rushed production times. Rush orders placed before Noon (EST) are considered received that day. After noon, they are processed the following business day. Please don't forget to add expedited shipping!
Please note that all rush productions are based on completed financial transactions, checks or money orders must be recieved before any production begins.

What does a Rush Production do if I add it to my order?

Rush Production is producing the order ahead of other standard production orders. All rush orders must be placed by Noon est. Currently we offer 3 rush production times. Rush production is separate from shipping. Please keep this in mind when ordering time sensitive items.

Who do i make my checks payable to?

All checks are to be made payable to AutoGraphiX. Checks should be mailed to 81 Waller Street, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702. Production of your order will not begin until your check has cleared and we have received artwork.

Can you use my shipping account with...?

Sure, but if it is not through UPS or UPS Freight, there may be a pick up charge.

How is a Movie Cutout shipped?

Cutouts are delivered folded in one flat package, unless multiple items are ordered. They are packaged and shipped in a cardboard container with plastic reinforced edge protectors. All shipping prices shown are directly from UPS. Any item exceeding 165 inches in girth may be shipped via common carrier and charged at least $125 for shipping.

How does the Movie Cutout stand?

Cutouts come with a detachable easel. Talkie units are attached in the least conspicuous location possible in consideration with the proportions of the Movie Cutout itself. If you are having a difficult time making your Movie Cutout stand tall, please refer to these directions.

Can I cancel my order for a Movie Cutout?

All orders are binding contracts and are legal Cancel requests can be placed at anytime of the order production process. But your refund depends on which point of the process you are at. Orders canceled within 24 hours that have not been processed will receive a full refund. All orders canceled after the 24hour window or once they have been processed and work has not been started, will be refunded, minus a $5 or a 3% fee whichever is greater. My Movie Cutout was delivered cracked or damaged, what do i do?

If the Movie Cutout is lost or broken, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery time. Keep all damaged product and packaging, UPS will pick up the damaged product. Photo proof of damages may be required to expedite the claim process. Without the original item and packaging, we cannot file a claim, and refunds and reissues will not be granted. All losses or damages outside the 24 hour window are not our responsibility. In the event that the damaged item is not returned by the customer, the customer will be charged for the reissue or will not receive the refund.

I didn't get my Movie Cutout on time. What do i do?

Shipping time requested and purchased is not guaranteed by Movie Cutouts.com. Delays due to UPS, UPS Freight, or any other carriers are not our responsibility. Delays also caused by weather phenomenon or other acts of a God do not make us liable. No refunds will be issued due to shipping delays. Please keep this in mind when making time sensitive orders. Oversize items will be shipped via common carrier, and delivery will be 2 to 7 days and at least $125.

My cutout edges aren't perfect and smooth, is it defective?

All cutouts are computer cut. Minor defects such as small bubbles, non-perfect cuts, or rough edges are acceptable and none of these issues will warrant a refunded.

How long do Movie Cutouts last?

he printed image has an average UV resistance of 3 years, but direct sunlight will damage the image over extended exposure. Under room temperature (60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit) and normal humidity, the cutout will last indefinitely. Under harsh conditions, high humidity and or heat, the image may bubble, or the board may come apart. Cardboard, Foam board and Gator foam Cutouts are NOT all weather, and we assume no responsibility for your use of the cutout. Corrugated Plastic & Foamed cutouts are weatherproof, but we are not responsible for your mounting methods.

What payment methods do you accept?

Purchases can be made by Credit Cards, Checks, and Cash (in person only). A minimal deposit of 50% or credit card number is required before work will commence.

Why is there a charge from Wet Paint T-Shirts on my card?

Wet Paint T-Shirts is the parent company that owns Movie Cutouts.com and several of our sister websites, all charges to credit cards will show up as Wet Paint T-Shirts Inc. and will be processed online through Pay pal or by phone. There will be a $25 service charge for any disputed charges, this is your warning.

Do you ship overseas?

At this time we do not ship overseas or out of the continental United States of America.

What do you do with my information?

Any information aquired by us is used solely for the production process and will be disgarded after a set period of time. We do not and will not ever sell anyone's information to third parties!
