Whats the Standard Production for a Cardboard Cutout?

All products take approximately 5 business days for normal production time. If your order is time sensitive, please choose an expedited production and shipping option that will accommodate your order.

Do cutouts come scored?

YES. All large cardboard cutouts come scored for shipping purposes.

I didn't get my cutout on time. What do i do?

Shipping time requested and purchased is not guaranteed by Life Size Custom Cutouts. Delays due to UPS, UPS Freight, or any other carriers are not our responsibility. Delays also caused by weather phenomenon or other acts of a God do not make us liable. No refunds will be issued due to shipping delays. Please keep this in mind when making time sensitive orders. Oversize items will be shipped via common carrier, and delivery will be 2 to 7 days and at least $125.

What Options are there for Shipping?

We currently offer four shipping options:

  • Ground - The standard option, not guaranteed for arrival if picked
  • 3-Day Select - Guaranteed to arrive 3 business days after shipment
  • 2nd Day Air - Guaranteed to arrive 2 business days after shipment
  • Next Day Air - Guaranteed to arrive on the next business day

 

Why don't you have a cutout of...?

Any celebrity cutouts we have are produced with explicit licsensing from that celebrity. We cannot produce cutouts without permission.

What's your return policy?

We currently don't have a return policy, as our cutous are made to order.

If you have a defective product, please send an image to the email found on the websites contact page.

Can you use my shipping account with...?

Sure, but if it is not through UPS or UPS Freight, there may be a pick up charge.

What is your return policy?

Due to the fact that each order is made to order, we do not accept returns. In the event that there is a manufacturing defect, we must be notified within 48 hours of the delivery.

Defects will be dealt with at our discretion as a reprint, store credit, or refund . Defects are not the same things as shipping damages, and orders will not be refunded due to damages caused by shipping. A reprint or store credit will be issued for all damages.

My cutout was delivered cracked or damaged, what do i do?

If cutout is lost or broken, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery time. Keep all damaged product and packaging, UPS will pick up the damaged product. Photo proof of damages may be required to expedite the claim process. Without the original item and packaging, we cannot file a claim, and refunds and reissues will not be granted. All losses or damages outside the 24 hour window are not our responsibility. In the event that the damaged item is not returned by the customer, the customer will be charged for the reissue or will not receive the refund.

How long do these things last?

The printed image has an average UV resistance of 3 years, but direct sunlight will damage the image over extended exposure. Under room temperature (60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit) and normal humidity, the cutout will last indefinitely. Under harsh conditions, high humidity and or heat, the image may bubble, or the board may come apart. Cardboard, Foam board and Gator foam Cutouts are NOT all weather, and we assume no responsibility for your use of the cutout. Corrugated Plastic & Foamed cutouts are weatherproof, but we are not responsible for your mounting methods.
